Interesting cases will be presented at designated times at the Interesting case corner which is located at the Exhibition Area at Room N106 – N108. Summary slides of all submitted abstracts will be displayed at the TV during break times.

 

Training Village

Limited seats for hands-on workshops will be available at Room N111 – N112 during the Symposium at designated times. Pre-registration is required.

Exhibition

An exhibition featuring the latest products, equipment and educational materials in Congenital and Structural Heart Intervention will be held on 9 and 10 December 2023 at N100 foyer and Room N106 – N108 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The opening hours of the exhibition are:

Badge Identification

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Symposium. Only badge holders will be admitted to the Symposium venue.

Photo Taking, Audio Recording & Video Shooting

No photo taking, audio recording and video shooting are allowed in the meeting rooms unless permission is granted.

 

Certificate of Attendance

Evaluation will be sent to all attendees after the Symposium, on or before 15 December 2023. E-Certificate of Attendance will be sent by email to those who have completed the evaluation.

 

Wi-Fi

Free WIFI is available at the Conference venue.

 

Liability

The Hosts will not be liable for personal accidents, or any loss or damage of private property during the Symposium. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
